“My husband invested a lot of time looking for a wine fridge cabinet and could not find one that would work well within our home. We decided to look into having a custom one made and came across the Atlanta Fine Woodworking website. Derik and his team member came to our home to discuss what we had envisioned. The item took a couple months to build and the day finally arrived where Derik and team personally delivered it to our home and both my husband and I were beyond satisfied. The level of detail, craftsmanship and professionalism was outstanding. This item is a focal point in our home and it brings me joy to look at it each day. The quality of materials and upscale touches really elevated the piece. Unfortunately the wine fridge which was installed in the custom cabinet had a defect and the manufacturer rep who fixed the fridge accidentally damaged the cabinet. I was heartbroken. My husband contacted Derik immediately to ask for guidance on how to remedy the situation. As a final resort Derik offered to come to our home and repair the damage at no fault of his own nor any additional cost. We were pleasantly surprised by his gesture as his facility is considered a far distance from where we live. It is moments like this that make a customer for life. We look forward to Derik not only repairing the beautiful piece he made, but also having him build another cabinet and bookcase for our basement area next year.
