Cherry & Maple Cabinet

This custom cabinet was inspired by the work of James Krenov. This “Cabinet on Stand” is made from solid cherry wood as the primary wood and highly figured maple for the base and door panels.

All of the cherry and maple pieces on the main cabinet are book matched for a really striking detail, which really shows in the figured maple door panels. The doors utilize high quality, solid brass, knife hinges for smooth and nearly invisible operation.

The figured maple stand is all made from the same board. This ensures the best color and grain matching possible. The finish is a hand rubbed oil and satin poly finish.
